Tiffany is a remarkable person. I feel as though I’ve known her all my life. She was easy to work with and very professional and artistic. I trusted her from the very beginning. The job hit a snag with a very high installation cost on the vinyl and Tiffany was right there to rescue me. Without her the job would have been canceled. The balance of the project will be completed this week, carpet install on Wed/Thurs. Tiffany handled this as though it was her job and she led the way. She coordinated this whole process and it has been amazing. I will recommend America's Floor Source and Tiffany to all……

Aaron made the purchase a pleasure. I was very impressed with your showroom and all of the first-class products you offer. My 600 square feet of Mohawk laminate was exactly what I was looking for at a price that was much lower than the competition. Your installers have just finished and their work appears to be flawless. I was in the building trades as a young man and recognize competence when I see it. Altogether, I would say that this has been the best major home purchase experience I've ever had.

Good morning to you all! My name is Dustin Francis and recently my wife and I purchased a house and had carpet installed by your company.

Throughout the process of trying to figure out what we wanted to get that was in our price range, you had one associate who was there for us big time, GEORGE KERN!!! He was absolutely phenomenal with helping us. He went above and beyond in our eyes to assist us and to help us out to make our lives easier. I have been to thousands of stores, restaurants', venues, etc... and I have never had customer service like that.

Because of him I will recommend your company to any of our friends and family who is looking for flooring or backsplash etc..

The new carpet looks GREAT! And they are finished - less than three hours! The last guys from [competitor], took all day and had to work late into the night.

We've had carpet put in three times and other flooring put in two other way and these two were by far the best, quietest, hardest working - not even one break! Clean - didn't smell of smoke. Polite. And left everything as they found it. And the carpet looks better than the last berber!

They were really terrific! As Chris has been - he was our contact for another job at our new house and we had an emergency with a water heater in our current home. One week prior to closing! He returned my after hours call, was here early the next morning and was able to get the carpet installed 24 hours later. And the price was very reasonable - with better service than we've ever had before! I don't think there are many flooring companies who are able to do that and even less who are willing to try!

It's been a trying three days for me - and I really appreciate the customer service we received from your company!

Very friendly service. Price on exact same tile was $400-$600 higher at big box stores.. also ended up getting vinyl floor tile while we were there. Allowed us to mix and match various samples until we found the ones we were happy with.

John said the carpet installers work until 6 o'clock this morning to get the corridors ready for us today and I wanted to tell you how much we appreciate it!

I wanted to relay to you the experience my wife and I had with Tiffany. We did a shower and bath area that included tile walls and floors.

We were probably out at your place about 6 or 7 times by the time we picked everything out. We’re a little bit on the picky side, which accounted for a lot of those trips.

We dealt with Tiffany each time we went out, and I just wanted to say that she did a great job. She was always helpful and courteous.

In fact one day, we were out there, and it was about 4:15pm. We lost track of time looking at samples. Tiffany was right there and didn’t say a word about it being past closing time. I finally mentioned it and said, “Oh! Tiffany I’m sorry we’re past closing hours.” And she said, “That’s okay. That’s what we’re here for.”

That’s the kind of service we got from her. She was very pleasant to work with, and if all people were that way, life would be much better.

Not only does America’s Floor Source excel in customer service and competitive rates, the company also employs friendly, professional and cordial people. I have worked with companies in the past where their employees were unfriendly and that simply makes me not want to purchase flooring there. Additionally, America’s Floor Source is very transparent with my pricing. Other places in town would give me price and 3 days later it would magically go up.
